Narayanan

Founding Partner

Narayanan (Nari), the founding partner of Vishwaksena Consulting LLP, has worked as the Finance controller of Sequoia India, a renowned venture capital firm for over 9 years (Jul 2008 to Jul 2017) and prior to that has worked in various capacities at Infosys, an IT-services bellwether from India, from Oct 2000 through Jun 2008. Narayanan is a Chartered Accountant (Indian equivalent of CPA), ICWA (Indian equivalent of CIMA) and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce. Narayanan is based in Bangalore, India.

Srinivasan R

Vice President

Srinivasan R (Vasu) is a finance professional with 2 decades of experience in Finance & Accounting and has been part of Vishwaksena since Apr’2018. Vasu is a sports enthusiast actively engaging in Cricket, Soccer, Running, Cycling and other outdoor sports.

Nuthan Kumar

Accounts Executive

Nuthan Kumar possesses a 11-year background in accounting, statutory compliances, and taxation. Part of Vishwaksena since late 2021, he handles Fund Accounting, Investments, Investor management, Share Certificate reconciliation, and process enhancement. Passionate about taking leadership initiatives and finding solace in music,

Ravi Shankar Narayanan

Admin Manager

Ravi holds the position of Admin Manager, overseeing the timely processing and payment of monthly office bills, meticulously updating the Admin-Tracker. Additionally, Ravi handles procurement for administrative requirements and promptly addresses any office-related issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Sai Dharmika Vendoti

Associate

Dharmika joined us in Jan 2022 as an associate who handles fund integrated back-office services and compliance matters. Dharmika is a qualified cost accountant (CMA) and has professional experience of 7 years in Finance, Taxation & Auditing. She is a cinephile and adventurer.

Sharath Kumar

Accounts Executive

Sharath Kumar, an Accounts Executive, demonstrates expertise in Accounting and Direct Tax compliance. With 8 years of experience, he possesses an extensive understanding of both direct and indirect taxation. Sharath has been a part of our team since February 2022. In his leisure time, he engages in fitness pursuits and pursues interests in Astrophysics and Motorbikes.

Sowmya Pachipulusu

Associate

Sowmya is an associate, dealing with AIF related compliances and operations at Vishwaksena since June 2022. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with bachelor’s degree in commerce having rich experience in Accounting, Finance and Taxation. By her hobbies, she can be called a melomaniac.
